1. Who is responsible
Code Intelligence Labs LLC, 3833 Powerline Rd. Suite 201, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, USA. E-mail: contact@codeclarity.team.
Representative in the EU (Art. 27 GDPR): Andreas Hassmann, Dr.-Otto-Nuschke-Str. 17, 09328 Lunzenau, Germany.
2. This website
This website sets no cookies, runs no scripts and loads nothing from other sites. There is no analytics and no advertising.
Our server writes an access log without IP addresses. For each request it records the time, the name of the site, the method, the path of the page without its query, the status, size and duration of the response, the name the requesting program gives (user agent), and of the referring page only its scheme and host. Purpose: to see which pages are read and to keep the server working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The entries are kept for at most 30 days.
3. When you write to us
We use your message and address to answer you and delete them when the matter is settled, unless we must keep them, for example as part of a business record (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Our mailbox is hosted by Microsoft (Microsoft 365).
4. When you buy
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your name, e-mail address, billing address and payment details go to Stripe; we receive the name, e-mail address, country, VAT ID if given, and what was bought and paid, but never your full card details. Where Stripe sells our product to you as the seller of record (Stripe Managed Payments), Stripe and its service Link are responsible for the payment data under their own privacy policy. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
5. In our products
What core.blue records is set out in its own privacy statement at core.blue/privacy. In short: we do not read what is in a house.
GentlePod is not taking orders at the moment. Its privacy policy will be published here, updated, before it does.

7. Your rights
If you are in the EU or EEA, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one where you live. In the USA, you may ask us at any time for access to or deletion of your personal data. Write to contact@codeclarity.team or to our EU representative.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, the new date stands at the top.
