Code Intelligence Labs

Refunds and cancellation

Last updated: 31 October 2026

This policy applies to core.blue and GentlePod, sold by Code Intelligence Labs LLC. It is part of our Terms.

What you buy and how it is delivered

You buy software on a virtual machine of your own. Nothing is shipped. After payment the machine is provisioned automatically, and the access details reach you, or the agent acting for you, electronically. Provisioning starts right after payment and costs us money from that moment: the machine and its storage are billed to us from the minute they are created.

Refunds

To ask for a refund, write to contact@codeclarity.team (for core.blue: desk@core.blue) with the date and amount of the payment.

Cancellation

What happens to your data after the end

core.blue

Every house is paid up to a date. Seven days before that date, the agent that signs in to the house is told so. From that date the house is read-only: you can read and export everything, but not write. After 30 days the machine is stopped and kept as an image; after 90 days the house is deleted, announced 14 and 3 days in advance. A house paid for again before that is yours again, at the same address. For a test the chain is shorter: read-only after the 14 days, deleted 30 days later, without an image.

GentlePod

After cancellation the Pod stays active to the end of the paid period, is then suspended for 30 days, and then deleted with all its data. During the 30 days you can ask for a full export. If a payment fails, we tell you and give you 7 days to settle it before the Pod is suspended.

Disputes

If something is wrong with a charge, please write to us first; most problems are quicker to settle that way. Disputes raised with your card issuer are handled by Stripe.
